Assistive technology consideration
AT Consideration has been known to have many obstacles, most common becasue of the wording when it comes to the language used in The Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). Families who are able to access information have a better time contributing to the AT consideration process as well as advocating their children's technology needs during Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings.
